We own two additional tracts of land on Ashland Mountain that we are interested in selling.

Tract 2 (4.47 acres): $99,000 (see picture above for view) western expsoure, year round sunsets, views of Celo Knob
(6200 ft) and the Black Mountain Range.

Tract 9 (2.41 acres): Has a little view $49,000
 
Both tracts follow the small creek/branch that the pond at the end of our driveway feeds off. This could be developed further along these tracts to enhance the water flow so one could enjoy the sounds of running water or ponds on these properties. Both tracts offer access by a paved road and are protected by the Ashland Mountain Property Owners Association.
